Il n’aura pas fallu longtemps avant que 2016 ne trouve son premier mème. L’objet de l’hilarité des internautes ? Une photo prise à Manchester (Grande-Bretagne) lors de la soirée du Nouvel an.
Le cliché a été pris durant la nuit de la Saint Sylvestre par le photographe Joel Goodman pour le compte du journal Manchester Evening News. Dessus on peut voir un homme se faire maitriser par la police tandis qu’une femme en robe rouge semble lui crier dessus. Au second plan, un homme ivre, le ventre a l’air, est allongé par terre sur le flanc, une bière, intact, à la main.
